Axe throwing lane and league booking platform

We run a city axe throwing club with eight lanes and need one unified web application instead of the chaos of spreadsheets and phone calls. The system core is a real-time lane booking calendar where guests and club members reserve a lane by time slot, choosing session length (60, 90 or 120 minutes) and number of throwers per lane. The application must prevent double bookings, hold a slot for ten minutes during checkout and apply dynamic pricing for peak evenings and weekends. Group and corporate packages are an important revenue source: the builder should let a party organizer book multiple adjacent lanes, add catering and drinks, deposit online and receive a detailed confirmation. Each thrower signs a digital liability waiver with electronic signature on a tablet or phone before the session; minors' parents sign, and signed documents are stored with timestamp and IP for the insurance company. Coaches are assigned to booked lanes automatically based on availability, certification and language, and the hall administrator has drag-and-drop for manual adjustment. The league module is the heart of the community section: it runs seasonal leagues and single-day tournaments, records scores per throw to WATL-style targets, calculates tournament standings, handicaps and playoff brackets and publishes an open ranking. Membership tiers offer lane rental discounts, priority booking window and free league entry with monthly auto-debit via payment gateway. Result: responsive client interface, staff panel, electronic waiver workflow, payment integration, automatic email and SMS reminders, and reports on lane load and revenue.
