Need a chatbot for scheduling intercom and access-control inspections in apartment buildings

We manage a portfolio of residential buildings and need a chatbot that schedules preventive maintenance visits for entrance intercoms and access-control equipment: door entry panels, key fobs, electric strikes, and video intercom units. Right now our dispatchers coordinate visit dates with each building manager by phone, and residents often miss the technician because nobody warns them in advance, so we end up rescheduling a good chunk of our monthly rounds.

The bot should let a property manager pick a building address from our list, specify the number of entrances, and get an automatically generated inspection calendar that spreads visits across the month. Once a date is confirmed, the bot should notify residents of that entrance a day or two before the visit, through the same messenger channel we already use for building announcements, and remind them again on the morning of the visit. It also needs to handle reschedules cleanly if a technician calls in sick or a building requests a different slot.

We are open to Telegram or WhatsApp, whichever connects more easily to our notification setup, and want the admin side simple enough for a dispatcher without a technical background.
