I need a chatbot built for a mobile operator's website or messenger channel that helps subscribers choose the right tariff plan based on how they actually use their phone. A person answers a short series of questions about their monthly mobile data use, voice minutes, and text messages sent, and the bot matches that usage pattern against a list of available plans to suggest the one that fits best and costs the least.
The bot should feel conversational rather than like a form, with branching logic so answers to earlier questions affect which follow-up questions appear next. It should handle edge cases gracefully — for example someone who barely calls but streams video constantly, or usage that varies a lot month to month. After the questions it should present a clear comparison: the recommended plan, the subscriber's current plan if known, and the estimated monthly savings or extra cost in plain numbers, not just percentages.
The tariff list should be easy to update without touching code, since operators change prices and plan names often. Please also think through what happens if no plan is a good match, and use a graceful fallback message rather than forcing a recommendation.
