Project description
I run a small massage practice with several therapists, and right now clients book by calling or messaging me directly, which means I spend hours every week just matching schedules by hand. I need an online booking system that lets a client choose the type of massage — classic, sports, or anti-cellulite — and the length of the session, then shows only the time slots that are genuinely free for the therapist they picked.
The tricky part is that every session needs buffer time afterward to air out the room, change the linens, and get everything ready for the next client, and that buffer should change depending on the massage type and duration — a ninety-minute sports massage needs more prep than a thirty-minute classic one. The calendar should calculate this automatically so two clients are never scheduled back-to-back without enough turnover time, and so a therapist's day never looks free when the room is actually still being prepared.
I'd like clients to see a simple calendar with genuinely open slots, get a confirmation and a reminder before their appointment, and be able to reschedule or cancel within a set window. On my side, I want a dashboard where I can set each therapist's working hours, adjust prep-time rules per massage type and duration, and see the whole team's week at a glance.
