Project description
Our small workshop makes stamps, seals and self-inking mechanisms for businesses and individuals, and right now every price still gets worked out by hand over the phone or in a messenger. We want a calculator built into the site that a visitor can use on their own: pick the mount shape (round, square, rectangular, triangular, pocket-size), set the imprint diameter or width and height, choose the mechanism type (manual pad stamp, pocket stamp, wood-handled stamp, automatic self-inking, wax seal press), then add options like a protective case, extra pad colour or engraved handle text, and watch the final price update live as the fields change.

The pricing logic itself needs to be adjustable from an admin screen without touching code: base price per mount shape and size bracket, a multiplier or fixed markup per mechanism type, add-on prices for extras, and ideally quantity discounts for bulk corporate orders, such as several stamps for one company, franchise networks or notary offices. The result should show a price breakdown rather than a single lump number, so customers understand what they are paying for, and there should be a button to send the configured order as a request together with contact details.

We are open to either a ready-made configurator adapted to our fields or a fresh build from scratch, as long as the interface is clean and mobile friendly, price management on the admin side stays simple, and validation prevents anyone from submitting an impossible combination, like a wax seal paired with an automatic mechanism.

What needs to be delivered:
— shape and mechanism selection with live imprint-size input;
— dynamic recalculation of the final price with a visible breakdown;
— an admin panel for editing base prices, markups and add-ons;
— quantity discount rules for bulk and corporate orders;
— a submit button that sends the configured order as a lead.
