Once the schedule is live, the responsible engineer or technician gets a notification well before the deadline, not on the day the equipment already needs attention. That lead time is configurable per machine, so critical production equipment can warn two weeks out while a spare compressor only needs three days. Every completed service is logged against the specific unit, building a full maintenance history you can pull up instantly during an audit, a warranty claim, or when deciding whether a machine is worth repairing again.
