Book cover design needed, with print version and spine

I'm preparing a book for release in both digital and print formats and need a cover designer who can handle the full scope, not just a single pretty illustration. The story belongs to a specific genre, and the cover needs to visually signal that genre at a glance, the way readers instantly recognize what shelf a book belongs to before they even read the title. Beyond the artwork itself, the composition has to survive being shrunk down to a thumbnail no bigger than a small icon in an online catalog, since that is how most buyers will actually first encounter it, so the title and author name must stay legible even at that tiny size.

Alongside the digital front cover, I need a print-ready layout that includes the back cover text area and a properly sized spine, since the book will also be sold as a physical paperback. The spine text needs to stay readable when the book sits on a shelf among others, and the full wrap has to account for bleed, trim marks, and the page count the printer requires for spine width. I'll share manuscript details and a few reference covers I like once we start, and I'm open to a round of revisions before final files are delivered.

What I need in the final delivery:
— Front cover in high resolution, with an editable source file
— A version checked and confirmed legible at small thumbnail size
— Full print wrap with spine and back cover, ready for a printer
— A short note explaining the genre and composition choices
