Cover Design Needed for a Podcast or Audiobook

I'm launching a podcast (or publishing an audiobook) and need a cover that actually works where people will see it — mostly as a tiny square thumbnail on a phone screen while scrolling through a list of shows. A cover that looks great full-size but turns into a muddy blur at sixty by sixty pixels isn't going to help anyone click play, so readability at small scale is the priority, not just a nice illustration.

The cover needs to meet the technical requirements of the major platforms: square format, correct resolution and file size, safe margins so nothing important gets cropped by rounded corners or app-specific frames. Within that, I want something with a clear visual identity — a style that could become recognizable across episodes, show notes, and social posts, not just a one-off image. I can share the show's name, genre, tone, and any color or reference preferences, but I'm open to creative direction from someone who understands audio content and how it gets discovered.

What I need from the designer:
— a square cover following platform size and format rules
— a legible title and show name even at thumbnail size
— two or three initial concepts before we lock in a direction
— source files plus export-ready versions for different platforms
— one or two rounds of revisions included in the price
