Project description
I run a YouTube channel and need help designing thumbnails that actually make people click. Right now my covers look flat and inconsistent: some are too cluttered, others too plain, and none of them stand out in the recommendations feed next to bigger channels. I want to fix that with a proper visual system rather than one-off images made in a hurry between uploads.

The idea is to build a small set of thumbnail templates that share the same fonts, color palette and composition logic, so every new video instantly reads as part of the same channel even before anyone sees the title. Each thumbnail should have a strong focal point, bold and easily readable text that stays legible even as a tiny mobile preview, good contrast, and enough visual energy to stand out without looking like clickbait spam. I can supply screenshots, photos or footage stills as raw material, but I am open to illustrated elements too if they fit the channel's tone.

Ideally the person I work with understands how the platform actually displays thumbnails, including sizes, safe zones and how a cover looks next to the channel logo, and can show examples of past thumbnail work. Please share a short portfolio and your usual turnaround time per cover.

What I expect from the project:
— a reusable template system, not just one-off files
— editable source files so future covers can be produced quickly
— a short style guide describing fonts, colors and composition rules
— two or three cover concepts to choose from before the final version
