Personal Portfolio Website Needed for Independent Specialist

I run an independent practice and need a personal website that actually shows what I do, instead of relying on scattered posts and screenshots. Potential clients ask the same questions over and over because there is no single place to see my finished work, read what previous clients thought, and reach out without endless back and forth in messengers. I want a compact site built around a case gallery, where each project gets a short description, the problem solved, and the result.

The site should also have a section for client reviews, so visitors can judge quality through real feedback rather than my own claims. A simple, reliable request form is essential too — letting a visitor book a short consultation and briefly describe their task, with submissions landing directly wherever I manage my work. Since most visitors will arrive from a phone, the layout has to look and behave well on small screens, not just be squeezed to fit.

I am open to a clean, modern design reflecting a personal brand rather than a generic template, but functionality and speed matter more than decoration.
