Project description
We are looking for a developer or a small team to build a learning management system for internal corporate training. Right now onboarding and refresher training run through scattered slide decks, video calls and spreadsheets, and it's genuinely hard to tell who finished what and how well. We need a platform that pulls courses, testing and progress tracking into one place, with a clear split between administrator and employee.
The core is a course builder where HR or team leads assemble lessons out of text, video and files, group them into structured courses, and set the order material has to be completed in. An employee logs in, sees the courses assigned to them, works through material at their own pace, and takes a quiz at the end of each module. The platform records progress, stores test scores, and issues a certificate once a course is finished. On the admin side we need a dashboard with completion rates by department and the ability to assign courses to people or teams.
We're open to discussing the stack, but the result has to hold up under a few hundred concurrent users and stay easy to maintain as new courses get added.
