Alumni Network & Engagement Platform for Our Association

We run the alumni association of a school and university, and we need a single platform that keeps our graduates connected long after they leave campus. Right now our records are scattered across spreadsheets, old mailing lists and a handful of social media groups, and every event or fundraising push means rebuilding contact lists from scratch. We want a proper alumni directory where members maintain their own profiles: graduation year, faculty, current employer, city, industry and interests, with privacy controls so each person decides what is visible to whom. Search and filtering should let us find people by class, region or profession in seconds.

Around that directory we need the tools that actually drive engagement. An events section for reunions, homecomings, lectures and regional meetups, with registration, ticketing, guest lists and reminders. A mentorship module that matches students and younger graduates with experienced alumni, plus a job board where members post openings and referrals. A giving section for donations and membership dues, with recurring contributions, campaign pages and progress tracking. And a communications layer: newsletters, targeted announcements and notifications so the right message reaches the right cohort.

The platform must work well on mobile, respect data-protection rules for personal information, and be easy for a small volunteer team to administer. We would like clear roles and permissions, moderation tools, and dashboards showing membership growth, event attendance and fundraising results.
