Project description
We are preparing a new real estate listing and a promo campaign for a property with landscaped grounds, and we need professional aerial coverage that makes the location look as impressive from above as it does on the ground. The plan is a single shooting day on site, weather permitting, with a backup slot in case of wind or rain. We want cinematic establishing shots that reveal the scale of the plot, smooth reveals of the main building and the approach road, a few slow orbits, and a couple of higher altitude frames that show how the property sits within its surroundings. Alongside the video we also need a set of crisp aerial stills that we can drop straight into listing portals and printed brochures.
The ideal freelancer owns a stabilised drone capable of shooting in high resolution, holds any permits required to fly legally in a suburban area, and knows how to plan flight paths that read as deliberate rather than shaky. Editing matters just as much as capture: we expect the raw footage to be cut into a short branded promo clip plus a couple of shorter vertical versions for social media, all color graded to a warm, natural look that flatters the property. Please share a reel or portfolio of previous aerial work so we can judge your framing and grading style. Communication should be simple and prompt, and we are happy to discuss the shot list and the mood we are after before the flight.
Deliverables will be reviewed against the brief, and one round of minor revisions on the edit is included in the budget. If everything goes well we have several more properties lined up for the coming months.
