Service description
I build Airtable systems that turn scattered spreadsheets and half-finished tools into one calm, reliable workspace your team actually enjoys using. Over the past years I have designed bases for CRMs, editorial and content pipelines, project trackers, product roadmaps, inventory and applicant systems. I start by mapping how your work really flows, then translate that into a clean relational schema: the right tables, linked records, rollups and lookups, so nothing is duplicated and every number rolls up to the place where a decision gets made.

On top of that structure I create the views people live in day to day: filtered grids, Kanban boards, calendars, galleries and timeline views tuned for each role, plus Interface Designer dashboards so managers see progress without touching the raw data. I wire up automations that remove the boring parts of the job, status changes that trigger notifications, records that route themselves to the right person, digests, reminders and syncs with the tools you already use. When Airtable's native features hit a wall, I extend them with scripting and connections through your automation platform of choice, keeping everything documented and easy for your team to maintain.

I treat every base as a product, not a one-off file. That means naming conventions, permission structure, sane field descriptions and a short handover so your team owns the system long after I am gone. Whether you are starting from a blank workspace or rescuing a tangled base that has grown out of control, I can audit, redesign and migrate it with zero downtime.

— Relational base design: tables, links, rollups, lookups, formulas
— Views for each role: grid, Kanban, calendar, gallery, timeline
— Interface Designer dashboards and internal apps
— Automations: notifications, routing, digests, reminders
— Scripting and integrations with your existing tools
— Base audit, cleanup, migration and team handover
