Project description
Our small team is drowning in copy-paste work, and we want to put an end to it. Every new lead that arrives through our website form currently has to be retyped by hand into the CRM, then someone adds a row to a shared spreadsheet, and finally a colleague sends a welcome email. The same information is entered three or four times, mistakes creep in, and follow-ups slip through the cracks whenever the team is busy. We are looking for an experienced no-code automation specialist who can connect our existing SaaS tools with Zapier or Make so that this data moves between systems automatically and reliably.

The goal is a clean set of working automations, not a pile of half-finished experiments. We expect you to review how information travels through our business today, map out the trigger-and-action flows that make sense, and build them in the platform you consider most suitable for our volume and budget. Web form submissions should create or update contacts in the CRM, push a neatly formatted row into our spreadsheet, and kick off the right email sequence. Deal-stage changes in the CRM should notify the team channel and update our reporting sheet. We care a great deal about deduplication, correct field mapping, and sensible error handling, because a broken automation that fails silently is worse than no automation at all.

Please describe similar integrations you have delivered and which platform you would recommend for our case and why. After launch we will need a short handover: a simple diagram of each flow, notes on how to pause or edit them, and a two-week support window to iron out edge cases we discover in real use.

— Connect CRM, email service, spreadsheets, and website forms into automated flows
— Ensure deduplication, accurate field mapping, and reliable error handling
— Provide flow diagrams, plain-language documentation, and a short handover call
— Two weeks of post-launch support to fix edge cases
