Project description
Our company runs on numbers scattered across too many places, and right now nobody has a single, trustworthy view of how the business is actually performing. Sales figures live in the CRM, invoices and cash flow sit in the accounting system, and operational metrics come out of a warehouse database plus a handful of Excel exports that someone updates by hand every week. We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional to pull all of this together into one reliable reporting solution. The goal is to stop wasting hours copying and pasting into spreadsheets and instead give managers dashboards they can open any morning and trust without a second thought.
The work covers the full path from raw data to finished report. You will connect the required data sources, clean and shape the data in Power Query, and build a well-structured data model with clear relationships, a proper date table, and the DAX measures we need for revenue, margins, cash position, delivery times and other core indicators. On top of that model we want three interactive dashboards: one for sales, one for finance, and one for operations, each with filters, drill-downs, and a layout that reads well on both desktop and mobile. Just as important, the reports must refresh on their own on a scheduled basis so the data is current when people open it, with no manual intervention and a sensible plan for handling credentials and refresh failures.
