A specialist needs to create a system to check the psycho-emotional state of employees.
The system has three types of users. This is the administrator - who has access to all the basic functions, the psychologist - who has the ability to add new tests, and the employee - who has the ability to take tests.
The administrator has access to all the basic functions of the system, register a new employee, and provide employees with access to the tests contained in the system. The main task of the administrator is to register a new employee, create a login (name and user name) and password. In addition, with each new passing of the test, the password must change. The administrator within a certain period of time (it can be a month or any other number of days) sends passwords to users registered in the system. Only then will the employees have access to the test.
The psychologist has the ability to edit existing tests in the system and add new tasks, view data about previous surveys in tabular and graphical form, add short comments to the results obtained.
Employees will receive a personal access code to the system, pass tests on request. The results of the tests should not be reflected to the employees.
After passing the tests, the results come to the psychologist, where he has the opportunity to view the results, draw conclusions and make individual comments to each, worked out the results if necessary, send to the employees by post.
Employees for the tests must first be registered in the system. At each repeated passing of tests, he receives a password, only after that he has the opportunity to log in.
Having entered under his name, the employee is already waiting for the tests prepared by the psychologist, which he must pass. After completing the test, the employee will not be able to immediately see their results. First, they see the psychologist, edits, and only after that, if necessary, the employee receives ready-made results and comments to the post office.
