Project description
We operate a SaaS platform that already serves more than fifty business clients, and the makeshift back office we use today no longer keeps their data properly separated. We are looking for an experienced developer to build a real multi-tenant admin panel from the ground up, one where every client account lives in its own isolated space and can only ever see and touch its own records. Data isolation is not a nice-to-have here — it is the single most important requirement, and we expect it to be enforced at the query level, not merely hidden in the interface.

Beyond isolation, the panel has to feel like a finished product for each tenant. That means role-based access with four distinct levels, an email-invite onboarding flow for bringing new clients and their staff on board, and per-client branding so each account can show its own logo and colour scheme. Administrators need clear activity logs for every user and every tenant, self-service API key management, a read-only billing overview, and two-factor authentication using TOTP. We are not asking you to process payments — the billing screen is informational only.

The stack below is already settled and we would like you to stay within it, and the whole thing should come up cleanly in Docker on a fresh machine.

Core features:
— Multi-tenant architecture with fully isolated data per client
— Role-based access control — super-admin, admin, manager, viewer
— Client onboarding flow via email invite
— Per-client dashboard with custom branding (logo, colors)
— Activity logs per user and per client
— API key management per tenant
— Billing overview (read-only, no payment processing)
— 2FA support (TOTP)

Tech stack:
— PHP 8 + MySQL or PostgreSQL
— Vue.js or React frontend
— JWT authentication
— Docker for local development
