I help real estate agents, property managers and private sellers transform an ordinary listing into an object that a buyer can 'walk through' before an in-person viewing. The service combines aerial photography on a registered drone and manual 3D scanning of premises, so the result includes both the aerial context of the site — boundaries, roof, driveways, surroundings — and a full interactive interior tour: point-and-click navigation, dollhouse view mode, floor plan and measurement tools.
Work begins with a short call or written brief: we discuss the property type, listing publication timeline and what needs to be emphasized — pool, renovated kitchen, property boundaries, rooftop terrace. On shooting day I fly the drone for general aerial shots and smooth facade flybys, then take a 360-camera for scanning and walk through all rooms, corridors, garage and outbuildings. On large properties I add orbital flybys outside and, if lighting permits, twilight filming.
What you get: a link to the interactive 3D tour for embedding on a website or listing, video in dollhouse mode, a 60–90 second highlight reel with a transition from aerial footage to interior — for Instagram and YouTube, a set of high-resolution stills from aerial and scanning footage, and an accurate floor plan generated from scan data. Everything is delivered through a private online gallery within 3–5 business days after shooting, or faster if needed, by the open house date.
I've shot private homes, luxury estates, new construction, short-term rental properties and small commercial spaces, and I always bring spare batteries, extra memory cards and carry liability insurance so that bad weather or technical issues don't disrupt your listing timeline. If the property is near an airport or in a restricted flight zone, I arrange the necessary permit before arriving on site — you don't need to coordinate anything.
