Company logo embroidery on uniforms and polo shirts
Service description
If you need your employees to look professional and uniform, I offer company logo embroidery services on polos, shirts, jackets, aprons, and other work clothing. This is specifically corporate branding — not embroidery of sports uniforms with player names and numbers, which requires different techniques and timelines. I take your client's brand identity — logo, text, slogan — and transform it into neat, durable embroidery that appears on every piece of employee clothing.
The work begins with digitizing the logo for embroidery format. A file that looks great in print or on screen doesn't always embroider well: thin lines, small text, and gradients need to be simplified and adapted to stitch density without losing brand recognition. I do the digitization myself, so no special file is needed — PNG, vector file, or even a quality photo of an existing sign will work.
After the design is approved, I embroider it on clothing that you provide or that we select together, matching thread color to your brand palette. I work with polos, shirts, hoodies, caps, aprons, chef's jackets, and technical workwear fabrics, placing the logo on the chest, sleeve, back, or collar — as you prefer. A small batch of five to ten items for a new office is completed just as willingly as a large order of fifty or more pieces for the entire company — price and timeline depend on quantity, but quality remains consistently high on every piece.
What's included in the service: logo digitization and one round of design corrections, thread color matching to your brand palette, consultation on embroidery placement, and finished embroidery with reinforced stitching for wash durability. I keep the digitized file, so repeat orders will be faster and cheaper — the digitization step is already done.
Why choose me: I've completed corporate clothing orders for offices, retail teams, restaurants, salons, and retail businesses and know how to maintain embroidery clarity after dozens of washes so it doesn't wrinkle or fray at the edges. I clearly state timelines, send a digital design for approval before starting work, and discuss minimum quantities and cost per volume in advance so there are no surprises. Send me your logo and the number of clothing items — I'll respond the same day with a cost estimate and approximate timelines.
