Any installation begins with a frame inspection, undercarriage clearance, and factory fasteners — incorrectly chosen attachment points are the main reason for frame damage and jack failure in the future. I mark, drill, install support plates and fasteners of the required strength class, tighten everything to torque spec. On automatic systems, I calibrate the sensors and run a full cycle, checking even leveling side to side and along the axes without frame skew and without excessive tire load. On manual systems, I check smooth operation of each support and easy handle rotation without binding.

Before I leave, I show you how to properly operate the system, in what order to extend and retract the supports, and explain simple maintenance — threading lubrication, hydraulic fluid checks — so the system works season after season without surprises. I have all the tools, drills, torque wrench, and standard fasteners with me, so I complete most work in a single visit right at your site.
