About the service
I am a mobile bicycle mechanic, and instead of making you drag your bike across the entire city to a workshop and wait in line, I come to you myself, with all the necessary equipment and spare parts. It doesn't matter if you have a road bike, mountain bike, hybrid or regular city bike for commuting — I'll set up my stand and tools right in your yard, garage or office parking lot and get your bike back in working order on the spot.
Over the years I have serviced hundreds of bicycles for all kinds of customers: those who commute to work every day, weekend riders and athletes. I know exactly why a bike starts to feel unsafe or sluggish to handle: worn brake pads, a stretched chain, gears that slip under load, or tires that are just a puncture away. First I find the real cause of the problem and explain it in simple terms, and only then do I get to work — without pushing unnecessary services, honestly assessing the scope of work and naming the price upfront.
It's simple to book: you choose a convenient time, tell me exactly what bothers you about riding your bike (or just ask for a general check-up), and I take it from there. Most adjustment work takes about an hour, and after that your bike shifts gears smoothly, brakes confidently and rides safely from the very first pedal stroke.
What is included in the service:
— brake adjustment, pad inspection and replacement
— gear shift adjustment and derailleur alignment
— chain cleaning, lubrication or replacement
— tire pressure check, patch or tube replacement
— full safety check of frame, wheels and fasteners
