I'll set up a bot for online booking for pest control and disinfection services

I engage in automating requests for cleaning and sanitary services and offer to develop a bot for online booking for pest control and disinfection. Instead of a dispatcher manually calling clients and clarifying details in correspondence, the bot will guide a person through all steps: pest type (cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, mold, etc.), room area, object address and a convenient master visit date. Based on this data, the bot immediately calculates the preliminary cost of treatment according to your rates and shows the client the final amount before confirming the request.

The bot works in Telegram and/or WhatsApp — we choose a channel for your audience or connect both at once. Requests automatically go into the team's shared calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and duplicate visits on the same date. For payment, I'll connect online payment acceptance or card prepayment, and also leave an option for cash payment to the master upon visit — whatever works best for your business. Separately, I'll set up reminders for the client the day before the visit and notifications to the administrator about a new request.
