About the service
I take on all automation of trial period end notifications — from the first reminder email to a conversion report that the business owner then reviews. As soon as a user registers for a trial period, the system starts counting down and automatically sends an email three days before the end with a soft reminder, and then a more insistent email on the last day with a direct call to choose a pricing plan before access is limited.
I don't limit myself to two email templates «just for show». I write each message to match the tone of your product, add a clear call to action to the pricing page, and set up sending through your email service so emails don't end up in spam and don't look foreign. I separately think through the logic: if a user has already paid for a subscription, a repeat reminder about the trial period won't come to them again — it's on these little things that DIY solutions usually break down.
Additionally, I collect a small statistics panel: how many users opened the email, clicked the link to pricing, and ultimately signed up for a paid subscription, broken down by day and pricing plan. You can immediately see at which stage people drop off and whether the second email works at all.
What's included in the work:
— email templates for three days and one day before trial end
— launch logic tied to subscription and payment status
— protection from repeat and unnecessary sends
— conversion statistics panel with data export
— one round of text and tone corrections after launch
