YouTube Video Editor — Cutting, Color, Sound & Thumbnails

I am a video editor focused on YouTube channels and long-form content, and my job is to take raw footage and turn it into an episode people actually finish watching. Most of the work I do is about pacing: trimming dead air, tightening pauses, cutting filler and stacking the story so every minute earns the next. I build clean multi-cam and A-roll timelines, weave in B-roll and screen recordings, and keep the rhythm honest so a twenty-minute talking-head or a long tutorial never feels like a chore. I am not a motion-graphics artist chasing flashy animation for its own sake; I care about clarity, retention and a cut that respects the viewer's time.

Beyond the edit itself I handle everything that makes a video look and sound finished. I do color correction and grading to give footage a consistent, natural tone across scenes and cameras, and I clean up audio properly: noise reduction, de-essing, level balancing, and music and sound-effect mixing so voices stay clear on phone speakers and good headphones alike. I add readable subtitles and captions, burned-in or as clean SRT files, and I design scroll-stopping thumbnails that match the channel's style and actually reflect the content instead of clickbait. I work to a brief, keep my project files organized, and welcome revisions until the result matches what you had in your head.
