We are listing a single-family home on a half-acre lot and need a licensed drone operator to produce a complete aerial media package before the listing goes live next week. The shoot should include a series of high-resolution aerial still photographs covering the front elevation, backyard, roofline condition, and the surrounding neighborhood context, along with a smooth flyover video that opens with a rising establishing shot and glides toward the front entrance. We would like at least one twilight or golden-hour session included, since dusk lighting with interior lights on tends to make listings stand out far more than flat midday photos. The video should also highlight the property boundary lines, the driveway approach, any water features or fencing, and nearby amenities such as parks or the street layout, since buyers often want a sense of the lot shape before scheduling an in-person tour. Please plan for a walkthrough transition where the aerial footage descends and hands off into a short ground-level clip of the entryway, so the final edit feels like one continuous tour rather than two separate clips stitched together. All flights must comply with local aviation authority rules for the area, including any required altitude limits, no-fly zone checks near the nearby airfield, and daylight operating restrictions, and we will need proof of current pilot certification and liability insurance before the shoot date. Turnaround matters: the listing photographer is scheduled for the same week, so we need edited stills delivered within two days of the flight and the finished video, color-graded and with light background music, within five days. Files should be delivered in both a high-resolution set for the multiple listing service and a shorter vertical cut sized for social media promotion. If weather delays the flight we are flexible by a day or two, but please flag any reschedule as early as possible so we can coordinate with the listing agent's open house calendar.
