Drone Shoreline Erosion Monitoring Survey for Lakefront Property

We are looking for an experienced drone operator to carry out a systematic aerial survey of the shoreline along our lakefront property to document ongoing erosion. The property line runs roughly 340 meters along the water's edge, and over the past two seasons we have noticed the bank receding in several spots, undermined tree roots, and a section of retaining wall starting to lean. We need a low-altitude flight path that follows the exact contour of the water's edge, capturing high-resolution overlapping imagery suitable for photogrammetry and measurement of bank position, slope angle, and vegetation loss. We have an earlier baseline survey (informal photos and a rough GPS track) from about fourteen months ago that should be used as a comparison reference so the erosion rate between the two dates can be calculated, not just described. Deliverables should include: raw georeferenced images, an orthomosaic of the full shoreline, a set of annotated before/after comparison panels highlighting the worst erosion zones, and a short written report estimating the linear rate of bank retreat in meters per year for each flagged segment. Please plan the flight for a calm, low-wind morning with the water level close to average seasonal pool, since high water or wave action distorts the visible waterline and would bias the measurements. We would also like the pilot to flag any new structural hazards spotted during the flight — leaning trees, exposed pipes, slumping soil — even if they fall outside the strict survey scope. Turnaround for the annotated report is flexible but should not exceed two weeks after the flight date.
