Project description
Our company runs a corporate Telegram channel, and right now every announcement is typed and sent by hand: someone sits down at the exact hour, copies the text, attaches the picture, and hits send. This causes delays, sloppy formatting, and now and then a post goes out without its image because whoever was on duty forgot to attach it. We need a pipeline that lets our marketing person upload a content plan in advance — posts with texts, pictures or short clips, and exact publication times — and have everything go live automatically, with nobody watching the clock.

The pipeline also needs cross-posting: whenever a new article appears on our website, it should be reformatted and pushed into the Telegram channel automatically, matching the channel's usual style, without retyping text or re-uploading pictures. Formatting has to stay clean — bold headings, working links, media attached correctly, no broken or duplicated previews.

We are open to different approaches: a bot on the Telegram Bot API, a queue with a task scheduler, or an existing tool adapted to our workflow, as long as it is stable and simple enough for a non-technical manager to run day to day.

Expected from the contractor:
— set up the scheduling and publication queue
— build a simple way to load a content plan
— implement cross-posting with formatting and media preserved
— test on a real batch of posts and hand over short instructions
