Project description
We run regular email campaigns for our subscriber base and want to move away from guessing what works toward testing actual results. The idea is straightforward: before the main send, a small portion of the list is split into two groups, each group receives a different variant of the same email — either a different subject line or different content inside — and after a set waiting period the winning variant is automatically sent to everyone else on the list.

Right now none of this is configured, we send everything manually and never compare variants in any structured way. We need someone with hands-on experience setting up A/B testing inside an email marketing platform who can build the workflow from scratch: splitting the audience into properly sized test groups, defining the rule and timing for picking a winner, and setting up the automation that pushes the winning version out without any manual step on our end.

We also need proper reporting once a test finishes: open rate and click-through rate for each variant shown side by side, plus a summary so the difference is obvious at a glance. Please describe similar projects you have done and roughly how long a setup like this usually takes.

What matters to us:
— clear explanation of which platform features will be used
— a working test run on a real campaign, not just a demo
— short documentation so our team can launch future tests without help
— a sample report layout showing opens and clicks per variant
