I Build Digital Business Cards That Update Themselves

I design and build digital business cards — a personal web page that carries everything a printed card used to hold, and quite a bit more. Instead of a piece of paper with a phone number, you get a link and a QR code: someone scans it at a meeting or a conference, and your page opens right on their screen with your name, role, a short bio, working contact details, links to your social profiles and, if you like, a portfolio of your work.

The part people usually appreciate most is how easy the card is to keep current. Change your phone number, add a new social account, swap a portfolio piece, or update your job title, and the same QR code and the same page reflect it immediately. There is no batch of old cards sitting in a drawer with wrong information on them, and no reprint order to place before your next event.

I take care of the whole thing from start to finish — layout, wording, the QR code itself, and wiring up every link so the page looks clean on a phone screen, since that is where it gets opened almost every time. A typical project covers:
