Project description
We are a commercial real estate brokerage and we need a listing portal for office, retail and industrial space offered for lease or for sale. This is not a residential project: every listing must carry the specifics corporate tenants and investors compare — area, floor plan, ceiling height, load capacity, parking, and the rent or asking price per square metre and per month. Visitors filter by property class, deal type, district, budget and area.
Map search is central to how our clients look for space, so the catalogue must be tied to an interactive map with clustering, a drawn search polygon and instant refresh as filters change. Registered visitors should save searches, get a notification when a new object matches, and keep favourites. Every listing needs an inquiry form that routes the request to the broker and lands in a shared pipeline.
The second half of the job is the broker back-office. Each agent manages only their own portfolio, publishes objects, edits specifications, uploads plans and photos, and sees the leads they generate. We expect roles and access levels, moderation before publication, and analytics on conversion. Please describe your stack and timeline.
