Vacation-rental management platform with channel manager

We manage a portfolio of short-term rental apartments and need one platform that ties our properties, calendars and pricing together. Today availability lives in several places at once, and every booking on one channel has to be copied to the others by hand. We want a channel manager that syncs availability, rates and minimum-stay rules across every connected channel automatically, so a booking in one place instantly closes those dates everywhere else.

We also want to grow direct bookings through our own website, where guests see live availability, get an instant price and pay without an intermediary taking a cut. Each property needs its own calendar, seasonal and length-of-stay pricing, cleaning fees and deposit rules. Guest messaging should sit in one shared inbox with templates for check-in, house rules and follow-up.

Operations matter as much as bookings. After each checkout the system should create a cleaning task, assign it to the right cleaner and show a schedule on their phone.
