Write a script to decrypt data

You need to write a script to decrypt data from the converter board. The script will definitely need to be placed somewhere on the hosting. Access to the script must be protected by http authentication with a login and password. The script will be sent to the XML input stream in a specific format. There is a dock on decrypting the XML document. You need to decrypt the data from the converter and save it to the database. In the future, the administrator should be able to view all documents through a simple admin.
