Telegram Bot for Customer Orders & Notifications

We run an online store and want to bring the whole ordering experience into Telegram, where most of our customers already spend their time. The goal is a bot that lets a shopper browse our catalogue, add items to a cart, place and pay for an order, and then receive automatic updates as that order moves through fulfilment and delivery — all without ever leaving the chat. When something falls outside the bot, the customer should be able to escalate smoothly to a human agent.

On the business side we need an admin panel to run the whole thing: a live list of orders, the ability to change an order status (which should trigger the customer notification automatically), and a broadcast tool for announcements. We also want a basic analytics view showing orders per day, revenue and top-selling products so we can see how the channel is performing over time.

The bot should be built in webhook mode rather than long polling, and we are open to either a Python or a Node.js implementation depending on your strength. Please keep the code clean and extensible so we can add new products and statuses later without a rewrite.
