When a leak is found, I perform soldering or sealing of the damaged area, nitrogen pressurization, repeated evacuation and refill. I replace the compressor and fan motors with original or fully compatible parts, and I always change the roof gasket whenever the unit is removed — removing the air conditioner is the only opportunity to properly update the opening seal, and an old gasket cracked by the sun is the main cause of roof leaks after air conditioner service, so I do this as a standard part of the work, not as an additional sale.\n\nThe service vehicle always has a supply of common condensers, fan motors, thermostats and gasket kits, so most work is completed in one visit; parts for rare models are ordered separately, they usually arrive within a few days, and I schedule the follow-up visit at your convenience. Each repair ends with a trial run under load — I check the temperature difference at the outlet and current stability before leaving. I also do pre-season diagnostics and refill so the air conditioner is ready for the heat in advance, rather than breaking down on the road.
