I will develop a telegram-bot for scheduling dog training: program, format

I will build a telegram-bot for a dog training school that will take on all client bookings: from program selection and class format to payment and slot confirmation. Instead of scattered direct messages and calls to the administrator, the owner gets a manageable flow of applications, and the client gets a clear step-by-step scenario without unnecessary questions and waiting for an answer.

The bot will guide a person through selecting a program (puppy course, obedience, behavior correction, competition preparation), class format (individual or group, at club site or home visit) and free date from calendar taking into account trainer's real availability. After selection, payment is available by card or transfer directly in the chat, automatic booking confirmation, reminder a day before class and ability to reschedule or cancel without calling the administrator.
