About the service
I do manual software testing, and my job is to find problems before your users do. I start every task by carefully studying the requirements and the interface itself, then turn them into a clear test plan and set of test cases. They cover not just the main scenarios, but edge cases and the non-obvious actions real people perform every day. I don't click screens at random: I think about who uses the product, what they expect, and where logic is most likely to break under load.
In my work I combine structured and exploratory testing. Structured runs give repeatable coverage and a clean checklist for each release, while exploratory sessions catch oddities that no script would notice. I verify functionality across different browsers, screen sizes, and devices, test form validation, error states and boundary values, and run regression to make sure yesterday's fixes didn't break what was already working. Before reporting a defect, I achieve stable reproduction.
I write every bug report so it's ready to work with immediately: clear title, exact reproduction steps, expected and actual result, environment, severity, screenshots or a short screen recording. I communicate closely with developers, verify fixes, and drive tasks to closure so nothing gets lost. My goal is simple — help ship a product you can trust, and give the team an honest, clear picture of its real quality.
— Test plans, checklists, and detailed test cases
— Exploratory and ad-hoc testing
— Functional, UI, and regression testing
— Cross-browser and cross-device verification
— Form testing, validation, and error state testing
— Clear reproducible bug reports with steps and evidence
— Fix verification and task management
