- Consulting and sales support by phone (product advice, billing, delivery coordination)
- Implementation of the minimum standard - at least 50 effective contacts per day on the ready base of "warm" customers
- Implementation of developed standards of communication with customers, work with objections

- Implementation of the sales plan
Requirements for the vacancy Manager at home :
Higher education, PC knowledge: CRM, email, telephone program
Communication, activity, self-discipline
- Proper Russian speech, absence of parasite words in speech
Experience in Contact Center, Call Center – desirable
Experience in the sales of car parts is an advantage
