Email project manager

Responsibilities:
- Market monitoring, definition of the needs of the target audience, formation of a product line;
- Formation of the project strategy;
Selection and management of a team of remote contractors: copywriter, designer, layout designer, setting tasks and monitoring the timing of their implementation, in order to recruit a sufficient number of participants in the company's projects;
- development of TK based on the Brief filled by the customer, distribution between employees, verification and testing, communication with customers (skype, mail, social network)
Analysis of results of mailings, a/b testing, optimization of campaigns
- Full cycle of preparation of advertising and information e-mail newsletters
- Increased efficiency of mailings
- Base segmentation
- In-depth understanding of the principles of creating mailings and tools for their implementation
Understanding the user experience and a large base of best practices in the market
Ability to work with a huge number of mailings and contact sheets, experience in behavioral segmentation
Requirements:
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to manage several different projects
Knowledge of analytics systems (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics)
Understanding the Sales Funnel
Knowledge of automated mailing programs
Monitoring, studying and implementing the best world practices in the field of email marketing in the company’s projects
Close interaction with other teams of the company
Monitoring Analytics and Continuous Improvement of Performance Indicators
Developing and running effective email campaigns
Generate informational occasions and content for a large number of newsletters
Selecting and interacting with key email delivery partners.
Successful sales experience with email
Experience in a company that provides similar services
We're definitely not gonna work if you:

Not ready to develop and learn new things;
Think that “sending out” is spam;
You will sit and wait for cases, how you will increase your work performance, and therefore your salary;
