Requirements:
Experience as a call center operator or phone sales manager is welcome
Experience in making cold calls is welcome
Confident user of MS Office and Google Docs
201% responsibility, stress resistance, learning, goodwill, punctuality
Literate speech, clear diction, attentiveness, discipline
Desire to work for the result
You need a personal computer, a computer headset, reliable Internet access
Responsibilities:
Cold and warm calls to potential customers via ready-made voice scripts and contacts.
Achieving the goal in conversation.
Working with objections
Working with the internal system of the call center
Conditions of work:
Working from home (fully remote)
Work schedule: 5/2, full day or half day - to choose from
Payment: fixed part plus bonus on the results of work
Employment: after a probationary period, at will, it is possible to draw up contracts for the TC of the Russian Federation
