How to Succeed in a Crisis?
HOW TO SUCCEED IN A CRISIS

Everywhere today we hear how hard times are coming: the financial crisis is in full swing, prices are rising, businesses are closing, unemployment looms, summer is too hot and winter too cold. In short, gloom and the end of the world!
What to do? Give in to panic? Yet psychologists insist: using a crisis to succeed is entirely possible!

DEAD END OR A STEP UP?
The way I see it, a crisis is a barrier. You walk and walk along a smooth road, and suddenly there is an obstacle. There is no way around it. One option is to sit down beneath this barrier, fold your arms, burst into tears and wait for the end. The other option is to climb upward and believe in success.

It is well known that in times of crisis many people find extra strength and unlock reserves that allow them to overcome difficulties. It is no secret that some successful businesswomen became so not thanks to favorable circumstances. Having been abandoned and betrayed by a husband who preferred a young girlfriend over them, our ladies decided to prove that they deserved better, that they could be happy and successful. And so they became. This is probably not the best example. God forbid we ever find ourselves in such a situation and facing such a choice.

Yet in all times there have been people who, in the harshest economic conditions, rose almost out of a debt pit and achieved prosperity and recognition. One could claim they simply got lucky, that they happened to be in the right place at the right time, that they were born under a lucky star. Perhaps that is part of it. But first and foremost, they were able to change their lives for the better because they did not resign themselves to the low bar set for them, to the standard of living and the role imposed on them. They believed in themselves, in the fact that they deserved better.

YOU CAN'T BUY IT WITH MONEY
In any company people love to talk about the declining standard of living, the government's mistakes... Meanwhile, the people discussing the problem usually have a roof over their heads, a fridge with some food supplies, a job and some income. They talk without realizing how these conversations poison their nerves, raise their blood pressure and make them hostages of circumstance. Wouldn't it be better to look around and rejoice in the good that exists? No crisis is able to take away the blue sky from us or deprive us of the right to love those close to us. And that is worth more than money.

THERE IS GOOD EVEN IN THE BAD
But what if the supplies in the fridge are running out, there is no money to fill the car, and the boss has hinted unambiguously at a possible layoff?
Remember that you have long dreamed of going on a diet. Walk to work and back on foot (public transport is also an option as a warm-up).
But the main thing: have you ever met an employer ready to give up a valuable, highly qualified employee for nothing? So perhaps it is worth working on yourself, raising your competence and skill so that it never even occurs to anyone to do without you. Become the Best!

IN THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS
From the Bible we know that God created us in His image and likeness. This does not mean that the Lord has an anatomical structure similar to ours - arms, legs and so on. But God gave us the ability to create. Of course, we are not able to create worlds. But we are able to create our own world. So let us remember this great gift!

LET'S SWITCH OFF LOGIC
No, to begin with let us switch off the television and stop following the news feed on the computer. Let us stop listening to gloomy forecasts. Let us give up the feelings of envy, resentment and injustice. Let us remember that we are creators, that we have the power to create our own world, our own reality. Let us allow ourselves to live in a state of calm and good spirits. Let us permit ourselves to be successful. And our Unconscious (Guardian Angel, Higher Powers - everyone has their own) will lead us where we want to go, will show and suggest the path to success and well-being.

THE LAW OF ATTRACTING GOODNESS
As is known, good thoughts and a positive mindset are able to attract good. There are various ways to tune yourself to the right mood. Some psychologists suggest turning to affirmations (verbal formulas which, if repeated often, create the necessary mindset in our consciousness). Let me give a few affirmations by the well-known American psychologist Louise Hay. According to her, these phrases remove negative programs from the mind and open it to perceiving the positive:
I perceive life as a unique gift.
I am always safe, and God protects me.
.Everything I need comes to me on the right day and hour
And the master of positive psychology Natalya Pravdina recommends reading mantras (sound combinations that have magical power). Here is a mantra that helps you find tenderness, love and communication with guardian angels: AUM JAYA JAYA SHRI SHIVAYA SVAHA. While meditating, reading the mantra and thinking about your most cherished wish, you can imagine how a golden thread connects us with the heavens.
Believers read prayers. Many people now turn with prayers to Saint Spyridon of Trimythous, and the saint helps to overcome financial difficulties
Everyone has their own way of tuning in to the positive. You only need to want it and believe in a miracle.
