Rules on paid services

These rules regulate the procedure and conditions for providing the User with additional paid services on the 24FreeLance.pro portal.

At the User's wish, additional services are provided on a paid basis, which provide the User with the ability to use additional, expanded, special features of the service.

The methods and conditions for topping up the User's account to pay for additional paid services on the service are published on the site. The list of payment systems available for payment is provided on the site. Activation of an ordered paid service occurs within 48 hours from the moment the service is ordered.

A User's receipt of paid services is possible provided that the User tops up their balance and then funds are debited from the balance toward payment for specific services. To receive paid services, the User must have on the User's balance a sufficient amount to be debited for each specific additional paid service. The User is obliged to independently monitor the state of their balance.

The User independently bears responsibility for the correctness of the balance top-ups made by them and the ordering of paid services, and independently and at their own expense bears all costs associated with topping up the balance, including charges, commissions.

The User is prohibited from transferring to third parties their data allowing access to the User interface for managing the User's balance and services provided by the 24FreeLance.pro portal. All actions requiring the management of balance and services are considered to be performed by the User.

The User is obliged to comply with the rules of the 24FreeLance.pro site. In the event of the User's non-compliance with the general "Rules of the 24FreeLance.pro service", the Administration has the right to suspend, restrict or completely terminate the provision of paid services to this User without a refund of funds.

The Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro site does not guarantee constant uninterrupted access to the Site and the Services of the 24FreeLance.pro Site. The ability to use the Services of the 24FreeLance.pro Site is provided without warranties and to the extent that this is possible.

The Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro site under no circumstances bears responsibility to the User for unearned income (lost profit). The concept of "lost profit" includes, but is not limited to: loss of income, profit, expected savings, business activity or reputation, loss of confidential or other information, etc.

The Administration of the 24FreeLance.pro site bears no responsibility to the User for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances arising beyond the will and desire of the 24FreeLance.pro site team and which cannot be foreseen or avoided, including declared or actual war, civil unrest, uncontrollable prolonged power outages, epidemics, blockade, embargo, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural disasters.

Services on a paid basis are provided on the 24FreeLance.pro site on the terms of full agreement with these rules. By agreeing to these rules, the User agrees that paid services on the 24FreeLance.pro site are provided unilaterally and have no reverse effect, i.e. a refund of funds is not provided.

The Administration has the right to expand and/or reduce the list of paid services provided, partially or fully change the conditions for providing paid services without prior notice to the user, without explanation of reasons.

When the conditions for providing paid services change, the new conditions apply to services ordered after the introduction of the new conditions. That is, all paid services ordered before the change of conditions are rendered on the preceding conditions.
