TutoTOONS is looking for talented, skilled and creative Game Designers, who will develop the game concept and understand what kids want to play today.

As Game Designer, you will:
Come up with new game concepts
Prepare simple game design documents for the production
Analyze and optimize the game (retention, monetization, virality Analyze competition and present feature proposals)
Support other game designers by sharing your knowledge and teaching or
Coaching them becoming part of the community.
The skills/experience you'll need:
Level Design / Game Balance / Concept / Prototype
Excellent knowledge of the monetization of free-to-play games
Willingness to work intensively, both independently and in a team
Targeted creativity and thought processes - and a high level of quality awareness.
