Living green wall with auto-watering for our meeting room

We are fitting out a new meeting room on the third floor of our office and want the long blank wall behind the screen turned into a living green wall. The usable area is about 4.2 metres wide and 2.4 metres high, roughly ten square metres. The wall is plasterboard on a metal frame, so the load has to be carried either by the studs or by a separate floor standing structure. There is a socket group on the left side and a cold water riser in the utility cupboard six metres away, and we can bring a supply line from there once you tell us what you need.

We need a full turnkey job: a modular planting system, substrate or felt pockets, a drainage layer with a hidden collection tray at the bottom, a reservoir of at least sixty litres with a pump, a timer or controller for the irrigation cycles, and horticultural lighting, because the room has one narrow north window and the plants will live mostly under artificial light. Plant selection is on you, but it must be shade tolerant and quiet in maintenance terms: no heavy leaf drop, no strong smell, nothing that attracts flies. We meet clients in this room, so the surface should look dense and even from the day of handover, not fill in over a season.

Please include a monthly service visit in your offer: feeding, trimming, checking the pump and the filters, topping up the tank and replacing any plant that fails. Tell us the total cost split into materials, installation and the monthly plan, how long the works take, and how much noise and mess to expect, because the room is in daily use and we can only give you one full weekend plus two evenings.
