Custom Built-In Wooden Bookshelf for Living Room Alcove

We are renovating our living room and want to commission a custom-built wooden bookshelf unit designed specifically for an alcove beside the fireplace. The space is slightly irregular, so we need someone who can take precise measurements on site and design a unit that fits flush against the walls and ceiling, without any awkward gaps.

The bookshelf will hold a mix of books, framed photos, and a few decorative objects, so we would like a combination of open shelving and a couple of closed cabinet sections near the bottom for storage.
