Need an online calculator for custom furniture reupholstering cost

We're looking for a developer to build an online calculator that estimates the cost of custom furniture reupholstering — sofas, armchairs, ottomans and chairs. Right now our managers calculate quotes manually over the phone or in messenger chats, which wastes time on back-and-forth questions and often leads to fabric yardage mistakes, so the final invoice ends up different from the initial estimate given to the customer. We need a tool that a customer can go through themselves on the website in a couple of minutes and immediately see an approximate price for materials and labor.

The calculator should take into account the furniture type (straight sofa, corner sofa, armchair, chair, pouf), the approximate fabric yardage depending on dimensions, the fabric price category (economy, mid-range, premium, leather/eco-leather), whether the filling needs replacing (foam, spring unit, polyester batting), and how urgent the order is — standard turnaround or expedited service for an extra fee. The total price must recalculate instantly whenever any parameter changes, without reloading the page, and at the end there should be a request form that sends the calculation to a manager.

It's important that the pricing logic lives in a separate config or admin panel, because fabric and labor prices change from time to time, and we'd like to edit them without touching the code. The design should match the existing furniture workshop website.
