I run a small custom furniture workshop and every week I get the same question from clients: "how much would a river table like that cost me?" Right now I answer manually with a spreadsheet, and it takes too long and looks unprofessional next to competitors who already have interactive calculators on their sites. I want a clean, embeddable web calculator where a visitor picks the table dimensions, the wood slab type (walnut, oak, ash, olive, live-edge slab), the epoxy fill color or gradient, the pour thickness, and the surface treatment (matte oil, gloss polyurethane, hand-polished), and instantly sees an estimated price range plus an approximate production time.
The logic behind the price should be transparent to me as the shop owner: base rate per square foot/meter of tabletop, a multiplier for resin volume (thickness matters a lot in epoxy cost), a premium for rare wood species or figured grain, extra cost for multi-color layered pours or embedded objects (LED lighting, inlays, stones), and a surcharge for rush orders. I need the formula and coefficients to be easy to edit later without touching code, ideally through a simple admin panel or a config file with clear variable names and comments.
The calculator has to work well on mobile since most of my traffic comes from Instagram and Pinterest links. I don't need a payment gateway yet — just an accurate quote generator that captures the customer's contact info and sends me the configuration and estimated price by email so I can follow up personally. Please build it as a lightweight, fast-loading widget that I can drop into my existing website without breaking my current theme.

— Real-time price range output with a short breakdown of cost factors
