I run a small fitness club and right now our website only lists flat membership prices in a table, which does not reflect the real pricing logic we use at the front desk. I need an interactive calculator that a visitor can use directly on the site to build their own membership and see the final price before they even call us. The idea is simple: the client picks a membership term, chooses which services they want included, and selects when they plan to visit, and the tool immediately shows the total cost.
The term should be selectable in common options such as one month, three months, six months and twelve months, with longer terms giving a visible discount per month. The service set needs checkboxes for pool access, group classes and personal trainer sessions, each adding its own amount to the base gym access price, and combinations of two or three services should also be slightly cheaper than adding them up one by one, similar to a bundle discount. Visit time is a separate selector with three options: morning only, evening only, or unlimited round-the-clock access, where morning and evening are cheaper than the unlimited option. All of this needs to update the price live as the visitor changes any option, without reloading the page, and the final number should be clearly displayed along with a short breakdown of what it consists of.
I would like the calculator to work correctly on phones since most of our visitors browse from mobile, and it should be easy for me to update prices later without touching code, ideally through a simple config file or admin fields. A button at the end should let the visitor send the calculated request to us by filling in their name and phone number.
