Project description
The logic has to reflect how we actually price jobs. A sofa costs differently from an armchair or a set of dining chairs, fabric grade changes the price per meter dramatically, and the amount of actual sewing and frame work varies a lot between a simple recover and a full rebuild with new filling. Rush orders should carry a visible surcharge so customers understand why a next-day job costs more than a two-week one. The calculator should feel like a short quiz rather than a boring form, and it must produce a clear result the client can screenshot or save, plus a way to send the request straight to us with contact details attached.
We already have a rough price table in a spreadsheet and can share it, along with photos of typical furniture types and fabric samples for reference. We just need someone to turn this into a working, mobile-friendly tool that plugs into our existing site without breaking the current design.
Requirements:
— Selectable furniture type: sofa, armchair, chair set, bed, other
— Fabric category selector affecting price per meter
— Sliders or steppers for volume of work (area, number of seats)
— Filling material choice: foam, springs, feathers, combined
— Urgency toggle with rush-order surcharge
— Instant price range display with a short breakdown
— Lead form to submit the estimate with contact info
— Mobile-responsive layout matching our existing site style
