A cleaning company needs an online calculator that estimates the cost of deep cleaning for apartments and houses, one that can be embedded into the existing website on any CMS. Right now managers calculate prices by phone or in messenger chats, spend time clarifying details, and often make mistakes with the final amount — as a result, customers switch to competitors whose website already shows an approximate price. The goal is a tool that instantly shows an estimated cost and encourages the visitor to submit a request instead of calling to ask how much this would cost.
The calculator should take into account the room area (entered as a number or via a slider from 20 to 300 sq. m), the property type — apartment, house, cottage or office — plus additional services: window washing with the number and type of frames, upholstery and carpet dry cleaning by item count, post-renovation cleanup, and urgency of the order — same-day service for an extra fee. The final price must recalculate instantly whenever any parameter changes, with no page reload and no unnecessary clicks.
It's important that the calculation stays transparent: below the total there should be a breakdown showing exactly what it's made of, line by line. At the end there should be a request form with name, phone number and preferred call time; the data must arrive by email and to an administrator's Telegram bot right away.
